PREAMBLE

Believing that all workers employed in the Gas Industry should be united in a Conference to provide mutual assistance and to exchange information for the purpose of advancing the collective bargaining and legislative goals, and the overall economic well-being of all employees in the Industry, we do hereby pledge ourselves to unite so that such objectives may be more readily achieved.
